Is there a free trial?
Yes — every self-serve plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time before it ends and you will not be charged.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings; changes are prorated by Stripe.
What happens to larger teams?
Starter, Professional and Business are self-serve, and you can add extra seats to Starter or Professional for £25/mo each. Enterprise (20 seats) is set up with a short demo and sales-assisted onboarding — book a demo and we'll tailor it to your team.
Do you charge per proposal or per job?
No. Vento is a flat monthly (or discounted annual) subscription by plan — survey, design, proposals, e-sign and payments are all included.
